Here’s a video of our new coaxial head in action. The new head from Laser Mechanisms allows for step change controllability of the laser wire additive process that ADDere uses.
Here, the system is printing material samples for an upcoming print. With each new material, there’s some calibration needed to guarantee the best quality print. Each of the passes is analyzed for performance and quality until the prescribed requirements are met. Once the system is dialed in, ADDere moves on to the actual 3D print.
